Toggle Amount of Ammunition:
Once you have beaten the game once, restart the game. Go to the options menu and press R1+L1 to reveal the hidden option menu. You will notice a new option for ability to multiply the amount of ammunition you pick up. Multiply the ammo amount by either two or three.

Unlock Another Hard Riddle Mode:
Play through the game and beat all three riddle difficulty settings Easy, Normal and Hard. If you play through the game again on Hard Riddle level, the puzzles will change, making you think even more.

Chainsaw:
As James runs down the hiking trail toward Silent Hill once again a sound emerges from the mist surrounding Silent Hill Ranch. As he draws closer he can see that a stack of logs has mysteriously appeared across the trail from the ranch and a chainsaw has been left running in the logs. This secret weapon adds a whole new level of fun and gore to a replay game.

Hidden Options Menu:
Go to the options menu and press L1+R1. This will take you to a special hidden options menu.

Read All Writing:
Once you get all five endings, go through the game again and you'll be able to read all the writing on signs that was previously obscured.

Remove Scratchy Filter:
Once you have beaten the game once, restart the game. Go to the options menu and press R1+L1 to reveal the hidden option menu. You will notice a new option that will allow you to turn off the filter that permeates the game, bringing you a clearer picture.
