Successfully complete the game in Dead On Arrival mode to view a special ending.

Cheat: All Game Modes:
During gameplay, press SQUARE, SQUARE, SQUARE, X, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, SQUARE, SQUARE, SQUARE, X, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT. Go to the menu screen and select New Game. All game modes and level select are now unlocked.
